Currently the cold still has a death grip everywhere and it seems like it won't go away, but that will change fast. And then like every year, women will be working out trying their hardest to make that bikini body look good. Here are some things you should be doing yourself to start that spring fitness movement.

To begin, there is not doubt the snow covers the vast majority of the country currently. As you would expect, shoveling snow is an amazing workout and can really help you burn body fat quickly. It's a fully body workout and you can really turn it into a set of full blow exercise routines. The key to so you get the most benefit is to make sure you switch from left handed to right handed for each shovel. It will be tough at first, but you will master switching quickly, besides it helps to make sure you burn the most fat.


Then to round out a good workout, do some interval training by running in the snow. Running in snow, on the unstable ground, is a great way to really test your lean muscle and add that boost of extra fat burning too. Just give this a go and you'll be well on your way to that bikini body.

Second, you have to become a kid again. Snow allows you to do a lot great things that you would pay for otherwise. So snow allows you to get a great workout and add some real fun too.

A great example of something unique would be to do all sorts of plyo jumps in the snow. But I mean some serious jumps where you land on your back. The explosiveness of the different jumps is one of the major reasons it's such a great fat burning exercise. You can build your lean muscle because that explosive nature causes the fast contractions of your muscles. As you can see, you can really burn fat all the while having a great time with your kids in the snow... while it sill remains.

Lastly, you can warm back up by learning new clean eating recipes and specifically, soups which are very easy to make and learn. Soups can be great ways to eat meals that are packed with nutrients and protein as well. Not to mention they are hot and feel great on a cold day.


Do this and when the warm weather starts and you are going to be so much closer to getting that bikini body. Then you'll see your friends as they are rushing to find ways to lose weight and you can just relax and bask in the results that just a little hard work can do for you.
